Quality Software House

A software house
that teaches teams
to work with AI.

We’ve been building custom software since 2015. We put AI to work inside the development process and train teams on Microsoft Azure — no buzzwords, just results you can measure.

Our training is led by a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT)

Services

From the code,
through the process,
to the people.

Five areas we cover. Most projects start with one of them and grow once the first has paid for itself.

Not sure where to start? Get in touch
01Custom softwareWeb, mobile, and backend — cloud or on-premises

We design and build web apps, mobile apps, and backend systems that fit the way your company actually works.

ResultA working product in production, documented and supported after launch — in the cloud or in your own data center.

  • Web and mobile applications (React, .NET, Node.js)
  • Integrations with ERP/CRM systems and third-party APIs
  • Architecture and DevOps on Azure — or an on-premises rollout
  • Ongoing maintenance and development under an SLA
02SaaS products and Microsoft 365 add-insAzure, Microsoft 365, Excel add‑ins

We build SaaS products on Azure and extensions that live where people already work — in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.

ResultA tool nobody has to learn from scratch — it opens inside the Excel or Teams your team already uses every day.

  • SaaS products on Azure — multi-tenancy, scaling, cost control
  • SaaS applications for Microsoft 365
  • Excel add-ins — logic and data right inside the spreadsheet
  • Microsoft 365 add-ins (Office Add-ins) and Microsoft Graph integrations
  • Published to Microsoft Marketplace — installed by the user, or rolled out centrally by an M365 admin
03AI adoption in software developmentCopilot, agents, governance

We help development teams get real value out of AI tools like GitHub Copilot and Azure AI Foundry in their day-to-day work.

ResultA team that actually uses AI — with clear rules and numbers behind it, not as a novelty.

  • Rolling out GitHub Copilot and AI agents across the team
  • Custom agents and coding assistants built for your stack
  • Standards, policies, and governance for AI in development
  • Measuring the impact on team productivity
04AI and Microsoft Azure trainingLed by a Microsoft Certified Trainer

Hands-on AI training on the Azure platform — for developers, whole teams, and IT leaders.

ResultA curriculum matched to your stack, with labs on your own code — taught by a practitioner who runs the deployments too.

  • Classes led by a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT)
  • Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search
  • GitHub Copilot for developers and teams
  • Workshops on AI agents and connecting them to company data
  • On-site, remote, or hybrid

05Microsoft partnershipLicensing, programs, joint delivery

We are members of the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program. That gives us Microsoft’s technical resources, materials, and support — and we bring them into cloud and AI projects.

ResultA smaller cloud bill, and a faster route to Microsoft support when a rollout needs it.

  • Licensing advice and Azure cost optimization
  • Access to Microsoft partner programs
  • Joint delivery with Microsoft teams
  • Microsoft-certified specialists, including an MCT trainer

How we work

First we check
whether AI makes sense here.

We don’t start with licenses and tools. We start with your process — and if the audit says AI won’t change much, we’ll tell you so.

011–2 weeks

Audit

We get to know your team, your code, and your process, then work out where AI genuinely helps — and where it would only add cost.

024–6 weeks

Pilot

We pick one team and one measurable goal, roll out the tooling, and collect the numbers before and after.

031–3 months

Rollout

We take it across the organization: configuration, integrations, security policies, and governance — in the cloud or on-premises.

04ongoing

Training and growth

We train the teams, with every class led by a trainer holding the MCT certification. We leave working standards behind and come back a quarter later to check the results.

Every audit ends with a report and a recommendation — even when the recommendation is “not yet.”

Training

We teach what
we deploy ourselves.

Every class is led by a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) who spends the rest of the week on client projects. We build the curriculum around your stack and run the labs on your own code.

01 · Developers, tech leads

1–2 days

GitHub Copilot for development teams

From inline suggestions to agent mode and code review. The labs run on your own repository, not on a sample to-do app.

  • Prompts and context
  • Copilot in code review
  • Agent mode
  • Limits and pitfalls

02 · Developers, architects

1–4 days

Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI in practice

How to build and ship a production solution on top of language models in the Microsoft cloud — with costs under control and company data kept safe.

  • Choosing a model
  • Prompt engineering
  • Evaluation and monitoring
  • Cost and quotas

03 · Developers, data teams

1–4 days

AI agents on company data (RAG)

Connecting models to what your organization already knows: indexing, hybrid search, permissions, and measuring the quality of the answers.

  • Azure AI Search
  • Chunking and embeddings
  • Permissions
  • Quality testing

04 · Executives, CIOs, security

1–2 days

AI for IT leaders — governance and risk

No code. Where AI pays off, how to write a usage policy, and how not to hand over company data during the first pilot.

  • AI usage policy
  • Data protection
  • AI Act and NIS2
  • Measuring impact

In the MCT program since 2019

We don’t keep career instructors who never ship. You’re taught by the engineer who runs the deployments. For larger programs we bring in additional specialists from the team, depending on the subject.

QSHMOBILEQuality Software HouseQSHMOBILE — Quality Software House

We are members of the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program. It gives us access to Microsoft’s technical resources, early builds of new services, and support — and our clients get the benefit of that on Azure rollouts and AI projects.

Projects are delivered by Microsoft-certified specialists, and training is led by a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) — the same person who works on client projects every day.

About us

Software engineerswith a passion for AI.

QSHMOBILE has been building custom software since 2015. For the past few years our focus has been on bringing classic software engineering together with what modern AI models and Microsoft Azure now make possible — in our own products as much as in the systems we build for clients.

The cloud is our default: 17 of our 26 deployments run on Azure. The other 9 we built on-premises, for clients whose regulator or security policy keeps them off the cloud. We know both worlds, and we don’t push anyone into a migration.

01Substance over hype
We bring AI in where it genuinely speeds up the work and raises quality — not because it’s fashionable.
02Partnership, not piecework
We treat client projects as our own, and we take responsibility for how they look a year later.
03Always learning
We keep our Microsoft certifications current — MCT among them — and keep pace with how the Azure and AI ecosystem changes.
